2. Services Description

TrustedSources is a business publication platform that allows writers and businesses to submit articles for publication. We provide editorial review, SEO optimization, and distribution services for approved content.

3. User Accounts

To submit content, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Content Submission and Payment

Article submissions require payment based on the selected tier (Standard, Premium, or Enterprise). Payment is processed through Stripe, our secure payment provider.

4.1 Refund Policy

  • Before Review: Full refund available if requested within 24 hours of payment and before review begins
  • After Rejection: 50% refund if your article is rejected during initial review
  • After Publication: No refunds once an article is published

5. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of your original content. By submitting content, you grant TrustedSources a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Publish, display, and distribute your content on our platform
  • Edit content for formatting, SEO, and clarity
  • Promote your content through our marketing channels

6. Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that:

  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains false, misleading, or defamatory statements
  • Promotes illegal activities or violence
  • Contains malware, spam, or phishing attempts
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations

7. Editorial Rights

TrustedSources reserves the right to:

  • Accept or reject any submission at our sole discretion
  • Edit content for quality, accuracy, and compliance
  • Remove published content that violates our guidelines
  • Modify our editorial standards at any time

8. Limitation of Liability

TrustedSources is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Third-party claims arising from your content

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TrustedSources harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
